Heya Richie! I will ask my dad. He would know. I know that Grandma Goldie was from Kentucky. My brother Jon did a seriously great family tree, but I don't know what happened to it. He found out that the first DeForest in our branch came from France in the late 1700's I think. He was an indentured servant. Which is basically, a slave.
