Adam Deel b.abt 1750 d.?

I am looking for anyone with information about Adam Deel born about 1750. He is listed on the tax rolls for York County Pennsylvania in 1780. He had 75 acres of land, 1 horse and 2 head of cattle.
In 1781 he is listed as Corporal Adam Deel in the muster rolls in Northampton County Pennsylvania, during the Revelutionary War.
In the Pennsylvania Archives, Series 3, Volume XXIII, Chapter: Rangers on the Frontiers, on page 293, he is listed as Captain Adam Deel.
I believe he may be the father of my 3rd gr.grandfather Adam Deel b. 1780 d. 1848 in Marion County Ohio. Is there anyone out there that may have information to confirm whether or not this Adam Deel may be the father of my 3rd gr.grandfather.
