Hello Frank,
Are you having any luck. I too am searching for ancesters of my 3rd gr grandfather Adam Deel. I don't know if your family and mine are related, but I would expect that they are. Adam Deel settled in Marion County Ohio, sometime before 1820, when he bought 80 acres of land in Marion Township. The family is believed to have been members of the United Brethern Church. It is generally believed that Adam Deel was born in Pennsylvania in 1780.
Adam Deel Had two known sons that were born in Ohio; Isaac and Benjamin. Isaac is my 2nd gr.grandfather.
Is there any possiblity that your ancestry records may include an Adam Deel, b. 1780?
