Greetings !
I am trying to research my grandfather's family.
He was Harry Elmer Ferguson born in Blue MOund , Ill. on 4/23/1894 to Henry and Lucy Deel Ferguson.
THAT is all I know.
Here is what I am running across that catches my attention.
Lucy Deel? Dell ? Ferguson is virtually impossible to find based on what I have at this time !
HOwever, I have found a Lucy Dell Achenbach buried in Christian Co. She died on 12/20/ 1918. and is buried with Achenbachs and Burtons in this cemetary- I am sorry- I will have to go back to find my notes on which cemetary- does any of this ring a bell ?
I also found a Lucy Dell Achenbach who married Pierre V. Barmore on 5/22/1897.
I also found a Lucy Dell who married a Henry L. Ferguson on October 27 , 1886. I am guessing this is the marriage of my greatgrandparents- but not sure if she divorced, widowed and remarried ? et .?
Does anyone have a Lucy Deel (dell ?) in Christian or Mason County Illinois at this time ?
ANY info. would be appreciated.
