Here's another person researching the DEE name...my maternal grandmother's maiden name was DEE; father John Henry Dee, mother Janet Coolin. They lived in the Boston area, e.g., Lynn, Quincy, and had children Marjorie, Edward, Abigail, Maurice and Marie from the mid-1880s - mid 1890s. I know very little about the family history, but they did have many relatives in the Halifax, NS area...hope there's some connection between our two families...Bob Urschel
