I am a gggrandson of Jeremiah.Our family records indicate that he was married to a Betsy Blake.He died in 1863.Betsy died on 5/16/1836.Jeremiah's son, Jackson, my ggrandfather, was born on 7/22/1815 in Georgia.He married Eliza Cain on 7/22/1843 in Chili, IL. They settled in Colfax, IA in 1877 where he died on 9/6/1901 and she on 12/22/1912.Their daughter, my grandmother, Jessica Mae Dee married William Bruce Nicholl and lived out her life in Colfax.I have further information and 19th century photographs of various members of the Dee family would which could be reproduced.
