Hi Randy,
Thanks for doing your research. I was born and raised in New Orleans, La. My father is Donald Decuir, his father was Herman Decuir. There is one sister still alive from his generation, Mary Decuir in Baton Rouge. Is it true that there was an Anna Decuir who attempted to intergrate a New Orleans passenger steamship in the late ninteenth century? How did the reunion go and will there be a anonther one?
