aliska married john in new iberia. aliska was the daughter of maximilien decuir (b01-11-1829)d.? he was the son of maximilien decuir (b05-27-1780) died 1853 in New Iberia. maximilien's jr.s brother (lucien) apparently adopted john obrien who then married aliska.
