Researching following family: Patrick DeCOURCY b. Ireland about 1821, married Catherine FITZGERALD b. Ireland about 1835, marriage date and place unknown. Children: Edward; George; T R or P R; Mary b. about 1855 in Illinois (married Lewis F SKELLEY in 1878); Margaret b. 1863 in Illinois; Catherine C b. about 1868 in Illinois (married Edward HIGGINS in Houston, TX); Alice b. about 1877 in Illinois (married Ronald C McDONALD in El Paso, TX); John; Hattie; Patrick C; and Nellie.

Patrick was a Wabash RR section foreman when living in Decatur, IL.

Son George thought to have lived in Pittsburg, PA in 1906.

Son T R or P R thought to have lived in El Paso, TX in 1906.

Daughter Mary and her husband, Lewis F SKELLEY (sp?), married in Decatur, IL but lived in Houston, TX.

Daughter Margaret never married and was first woman matron of El Paso jail while living there.

Daughter Catherine C and her husband, Edward HIGGINS, married in Houston, TX but lived in Decatur, IL where he was at one time a store owner but retired from Wabash RR as a RR engineer.

Daughter Alice married Ronald C McDONALD in El Paso, TX and was thought to have died there about 1906.

Have no information on last 4 children: John, Hattie (may be nickname), Patrick C, and Nellie (may be nickname).
