Hi Donna,
I found Bad Axe is in Huron Co., so I took a look at the 1894 census for Huron County MI and did not find Charles Decker or Catherine/Katherine
I wonder if they just went across the boarder to MI to get married and them right back to ON. Maybe they eloped??
I also tried to find Charles in MI in later years but have had no luck with him. Maybe during the U.S. census years he was back in Canada. It would be much more helpful if Canadian census was available after 1911 wouldn't it. You did say he and Mildred are buried in Oakville.
As Katherine is shown in 1930 MI as married I suppose this is when she and Charles were separated so I suppose he and Mildred could not be married yet.In 1930 Charles would be about 57 years old though and getting on in age to get married and have 2 children. I guess Mildred must have been quite a bit younger than he was.
I found Ontario births for some Mildred Hursts
Catherine Mildred Hurst born 1907 York Co.
Mildred Alice Hurst born 1877 Simcoe Co.
Mildred Elizabeth Hurst born 1883 Wentworth Co.
Mildred Pretona Hurst born 1900 York Co.
The ON marriage index only goes to 1924 so doesn't help with marriage for Charles and Mildred.
I did find a site that shows William A. Decker as buried in Pine Shores Presbyterian Cemetery, Sarasota.
I looked to see if Inola is also buried there but she is not listed.
I did find a death date for her of March 22, 1994 Sarasota.
From what you gave me William should be in 1930 census for Michigan as he left there in 1960. I have tried looking under just first name Wm. or William or Bill and just last name Decker with other spellings
Also tried looking for Inola as Inola, May, Mae, Nola, Iola, and anything else I could think of but did not find either Wm. or Inola in 1930.
As I didn't know what year they married I looked for Inola as both Decker and Pickle/Pickel
I also couldn't find Inola's parents or siblings in 1930 which is odd.Again I tried other spellings of Pickle.
It is also quite a coincidence that both Henrietta and Sarah would may men named TUCK and they wouldn't be related. I didn't think that was a very common name?
I'm sorry I couldn't find anything more for you.
