I am the youngest son of James Henry Decker from Elmira, New York. If you would like to contact let me, I would love to share some of our family info with you. My father passed away on October 21, 1998 after a four year battle with cancer and is laid to rest in Woodlawn National Cemetery here in Elmira, New York. My mother, his wife of nearly 50 years passed away suddenly in September of 2008 and is buried in the same plot with my father. All of my father's siblings are passed as well except for a brother Andrew that lives in Michigan and we haven't seen in years.Hope this helps, I will look for additional postings from James Wells.
