Hi my name is James D. Wells. I am looking for some of the relatives of James H. Decker born circa the late 1920s. He was my fathers biological father and I was wanting a little information about his biological fathers ancestry since i do not know anything about his family. Mr. Decker would have been stationed in Panama circa the early 1950s where he met my grandmother Carmen Greco. I heard a rumor that he had died in the late 1990s early 2000s. The Decker family in question is originally from Elmira New York. The only information I have is that when he was an infant, is Aunt and Uncle died in a car accident on there way to taking him from my grandmother. I hope that helps anyone wanting any further information or has any information about the Decker Ancestry in Elmira, New York
