I found some info on some of the names you gave me, but still haven't figured out how they connect to Perry Floyd Decker, but will see if I can figure it out for you. One of the problems is that most of these names were only entered with initials in the census which is very frustrating. I'm quite sure it is the right family because they are in Towanda , and in 1870 the mother Sarah is with son Portus as well (and other children) and also there is a Nancy Fox with them. I assume Nancy is Sarah's mother and that explains where Henry got his middle name.
Another problem is that not all of the initials were easy to read - I did not always agree with what the index has but did my best. I also put whether male or female in brackets for names that were initials only.
So even though I found Portus in 1870 with mother I am starting with 1850 for you and working forward.

I think it likely that E.L./L.E. from 1850,1860 is Ezra Larue, Levie from 1860/1870 is Levi William, , Portus from 1870 is Portus Eugene, George M. from 1850/1860 is George Matthew, and Albert from 1860 is James Edelbert. That leaves Henry Fox who I.m sure is H.F. from 1850 and Harry from 1860.
There are some left over names from the family though -

Then Daniel again with Celestia and Jane. I'm not sure who Edward age 27 is. I assume Ann is his wife and Mary their daughter??
I'll look for the family in 1880 and on and get back to you.
