It was only recently that I became interested in the history of my mother's family. My maternal grandmother's family came from Spain. Her grandfather was a Spanish priest, surname De Castro. He was forced to change their given name to Hinorga because Spanish families were being threatened.
I have found some information on De Castro but I still can't find anything specific about my family nor find any specific information on Spanish priests.
It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can start me off in the right direction.
