There are pages and pages of DeBarr's in Paris France phone books. I had to literally go there and see for myself. I even went as far as to call someone and speak in my broken French. Naturally they did not understand. I have been told that my relatives came from France as well. My Grandfather is Clarence DeBarr from Orange, VA. We had many relaties in West VA from what I understand. I wish that I knew how to trace him backwards with the family tree.
