Margery Deaver married James Buffaloe in Knox, TN. Her brother married a Buffaloe girl that day or a day later! Margery and James had several children. They lived in IL for awhile then MO. Their son Charlres and his Wife moved to Fresno township, CA. The Deavers and Buffaloes and other extended family all worked there way across to CA.For the Deavers it was NC, TN, then Ohio, MO, TX. THere are a bunch of Deavers and Buffaloes in Arkansas. Margery is buried in Mena, Arkansas. I think the Mena area may have been a part of the old Oklahoma territory.
