BA is Bertie Arlington Deatrick and has been gone from us for many years. most of these early Deatrick's settled in Harrison County, Indiana starting with I am not sure how many great right off the bat grandfathers.
The oldest one I know of is Peter Deatrick (Detrick) that came from the Staunton, VA area before one of his sons my direct descendant William Philip Deatrick.
By chance I am now part of the undertaking to restore the old Deatrick Cemetery in POsey Twsp, HArrison Co, IN and hope to have a cemetery re dedication in Oct 2006 with members of the SAR/DAR, Civil War and possibly War of 1812 groups for those that are buried there.
Most of Bertie's work is in the Harrison County Indiana Library. After he died and they received all his paper work they had Walter Beanblossom to compile alot of the data. He too is now gone.
But I am interested in anyone in this line to help update the Deatrick, Turner, Marsh, Paddocks, Shreck's and Krahn/Krons lineages.
