B. Moore: In an old post you made to Walter Phillips regarding Deaton family members, you were asking about Burrell Deaton and his wife Laura Ann Thompson. Walter said he could not help you on that but I do have some limited information on Burrell Deaton since he married Laura Ann Thompson, sister of my direct ancestor. I couldn't find your post (or an e-mail address) to Walter so I'm trying to get in touch with you in sort of a roundabout way. This Burrell Deaton is son of John W. Deaton and Lockey Wright, Amelia County, Va., (descendents of John B.,1766, William 1725 and Thomas 1679, I guess). E-mail me or post, if you see this post. Perhaps we can help each other.
