"John & Marinda Deaton" of Combs, Ky 1900's

My father's name was Bige Jack Combs, born 2/11/1911, but his mother was Marinda Deaton. She lived in Combs, Ky outside Hazard. My grandfather was John Deaton, he passed way in the 50's. This was my father's step-father. I have not been able to trace any relatives. Can anyone help?
