The Forum is a Great Place to place Queries to try to meet distant relatives and to exchange information, However, some promise that they have pictures, dates, records,etc..., that they will send via snail mail and never do - after you have sent them waht you have. The Deaton lineage has had a lot of work done on it and we are very thankful too, John McIntosh, Lawson Deaton, Ronn Deaton, and Steven Bridges, who have all done a GREAT job and are all willing to share. But their are some who promise to share, but after receiving what they wanted are LAX or never intended on sending their info!!!
