John Deaton was sheriff of Henry Co., Ky. and shot in the line of duty in 1912. Buried at the Eminence Cem., Henry Co., Ky. Wife's name was Cela(Selah)xxx who later married a Len Mink. One son Thomas C. Deaton born in Fayette Co., Ky. in 1888 and died 29 Dec 1952 in Campbell Co., Ky. Would like info on John and Cela and how they are connected to the Deaton line in Kentucky.
