My great grandfather was Benjamin Deaton. He lived in Perry Co. Kentucky. He had a brother named John, but I'm not sure on the date of Johns birht. Benjamin was born in 1888, I'll have to ask family. Benjamin Deaton's father's name was John C. Deaton who was married to Sermantha Hensley Deaton. Their children were, in no specific order, John Deaton, Joseph Deaton, Benjamin Deaton, Jemimah Deaton (aka "Mime"), Lewis Deaton, George Deaton, Willis Deaton and Bessie Deaton. My grandmother will know more specifics, I will let you know as soon as I find out.

John C. Deaton and Sermantha Hensley Deaton are buried in Woodson Gut Cemetery in Krypton, Kentucky. Also was Ben, his brother John.
