John Dorsett Deaton and Dorsett are the same. Andrew Jackson Deaton was one of his children. He married Nancy Ann Davis (1845-86) on Oct. 15, 1865 in Hall Co., GA. Their children were Dorsey, Mag, Harrison (b. 1867), Lucy (b. 1870), Martha (b. 1873), Thomas (b. 1873), and Jane (b. 1880).
