Earl received court papers.
It is a petition from Amanda stating 5 months after her marriage to 'Greenbury' she found out about his wife -----Gillipsie in Kentucky, and Amanda is seeking 'divorce'.
There are summons for 'Greenbury' in Morgan Co for 1865, 1866, and 1867.
Anyone wishing more information on papers and/or copies may have them upon request. (**this goes for other records/documents from Morgan Co as well, if Earl or I have them, we'll share if desired)
