I failed to mention in my posting about my husband's Deatherage ancestry, that I have a collateral line of Deatherages that married into my BARNARD/JOLLY families in the Roane/Hawkins Co., Tn., area. I cannot find my BARNARD notebook just now, and do not recall the details well enough to recite them from memory. But if anyone is interested, I will locate the documentation I have.
