In Susannah Jones Cliffords notes in the Davie county library today I found where she had written that Eliza Hunter was the daughter of John Hunter and ? Deatherage.
Eliza Hunter married a Jones
Eliza's brother was called Braxton a named that had not been used in the Hunter family before this time.
I am assuming this missing Deatherage woman was the daughter of Braxton Deatherage and the mother of John Hunters children.
