Hi Kevin -- Frustrating, isn't it? Well, I have an Ann Martha DEATHERAGE (b. 1842), daug of Bird Joseph DEATHERAGE Jr. (b. 17 Jan 1814, Roane Co., Tenn, d. 1908, Flippin, Marion, Arkansas) & Lucinda Allen POLLARD (b. 17 Jan 1814, Kentucky, d. 10 Aug 1896, Three Brothers, Baxter, Arkansas).

Now, I have all the children, except the last, of Bird & Lucinda b. in Tennessee (this is from a he-said-she-said genealogy as opposed to actual research I have done) BUT the last child was born in Missouri. I also have one of Ann's sibblings as being married in Missouri (sorry no counties listed). Now this COULD be a lead. Please contact me if you would like more info.
