Evidentally there was only a few of the people on the list that received their copies. I received mine, I also heard from 2 other DEATHERAGE members with positive responses when I posted my query on the Internet newsletter back in October but there were many more who stated they did not receive theirs. Only Ken knows the complete numbers of the "dids" & the "didn'ts". Ken also said there were some copies available for postage if anyone wants one.
