Answered my own question.

A map with the Baltzer BOON / Achilles DEATHERIDGE land grant may be found in the book Life Along Holman's Creek by J. Floyd Wine. I have seen a copy of the map and the property is located very near the headwaters of Holman's Creek in Shenandoah County, VA and just about 1/4 mile from Shenandoah's border with Rockingham County.
