James W.'s father, Joseph Martin Deatherage, after two stunts in the Civil War, ended up buried 21 Janaury 1879 (same day he died) at Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton, Montgomery Co Ohio. His last residence was listed as Jacksonville, Illinois and service stated was pvt./cavalry. (*Co C 7th Cav Reorganized from which he was discharged for disability from in 1865) Does anyone know where James W.'s mother died and was buried? I've followed James and two sisters, but I have not found where Joseph's wife died.
