Correction to last message: I haven't found any mention of married children in the probate records. However, I have another document--a notice of lien of back taxes, dated January 20, 1886, James Norton, Collector of Shannon Co. MO vs. James T. Orchard, Mary Riley and John Riley, her husband, Susan Webb and Houston H. Webb, her husband, Sarah E. Deatherage and N. A. Deatherage her husband, Samantha Hines and James Hines, her husband, Martha Smith and Hiram T. Smith, her husband, James George and Logan D. Dameron.
Taxes owed for 1878, 1879, 1880, 1881, 1882, 1883, 1884. 160 acres in Sec. 36 Township 30, Range 4. It appears to be below Round Spring, near Mash Creek.
