a lovely grandpa
just 0ver a year ago, my grandpa norman farrell died of, as his birth certificate put it,'grand old age'.i found this page by chance, and thought it would be a nice little tribute to put up a message mentioning him.he was a charming, kind, lovely, and witty man and gave the farrell family a good name through his help in the rotary club etc.i dont know much about this, as it was before i was born but i know that he always excelled at what he did-especially being a grandpa!he used to rock me and my brother on his big rocking chair,he used to take out his false teeth and show them to me (i was fascinated!) and he used to traditionally clap when it was time to come to the table and again when we could get up.although i miss him i know that the circle of life is we live, we die and life must go on!ive got used to him being gone as much as i can, and i, as well as the rest of the farrell family, only have fond memories of him.im lucky to have had such a wonderful grandpa :)
