Janet, this is off subject, but I need to hear from you as I have heard from you before and I hope you can help me again. Samuel Deason & H. Louise Sims daughter Glennie married Sylvester David Horne, as I remember you told me about this before. I find that Ancestry.com shows that a North Carolina death record shows Glennie Dora Horne was born 15 Jul 1837 in Georgia and died 2 Feb 1986 in Gastonia, Gaston County, NC. I find the Social Security Death Index shows her born 15 Jul 1898 and dying Feb 1986. Do you know for sure where she was born and the correct date of birth. I believe the Social Security Death Index would be more apt to be correct on the date of birth. Also, I have some question in mind about her birth being in Georgia. I know that in 1920 Samuel Deason and family were enumerated in Evans County, GA Census, but that Census reflects all of their births in NC. In 1900 they were in Chesterfield County, SC and Glennie was shown then as born in SC. The parents and David were born in NC according to that. I hope you can help me on this. John V. Reeb
