I am decended from the Johns and Deas families in and around the Marion county area, but dont have either of these. Generally there were two areas of Johns, those from Marion Co.Citrus, Hernando, Sumter, etc. The other Johns which I have not made any connections to were mainly the area around Starke....likewise on the Deas, line the area around Suwannee co, Fla which I am still researching....but the Marion county, Sumter, Hernando Deas, I am most likely kin to all of them since my line more or less pioneered there.....will dig into and let you know if I can come up with something...
