I did find some info on David Albaugh De Armond, born in 1844 & died in Butler, Bates County, MO in 1909. Elected as a democrat to the Fifty-Second & to the Nine succeeding Congresses (March 4,1891 - November 23,1909) one of the managers appointed by the House of Representatives in 1905 to conduct impeachment proceedings against Charles Swayne, Judge of the US District Court for Northern District of Florida. Buried in Oak Hill Cemetery.
