So glad that you found my query. I tried to email you, but, it is returned as undeliverable. I have family history from Jack/John/Junis Dearmin and his wife Allie Abbie Wright. I can send my gen. report and a
picture of Junis and Allie if you are interested. I am trying to find out more about the adoption, but I'm sure at that time there would have been no record of it. Junis was born June 1, 1875 in IL. I am hoping other researchers that might have knowledge of it. I have a very extensive history of the Merediths. I would love to see what you have for the Dearmin history. My present family members say that Junis' name was Jack O'Brian. I found another query that puts David Dearmin and Lydia in Clarke Co. IA in about 1881. I would like to find a location in IL that I might start searching for Jack/Junis' birth parents. Do you have knowledge of his birth town or township? How do you fit into the Dearmin family? My stepfather is the great grandson of David Dearmin and Lydia. I am most happy to share anything I have that might be of interest to you. Feel free to email me directly.
