Later in a Deed of Gift dated 3 Jan 1837, Lucretia revoked all previous gifts and gave to Thomas ten slaves and all her interest in the cattle owned jointly between her and Thomas; all her interest in her father's estate and all legacies to which she might be entitled through her mother (Thomas Bassett, Jr. and Sarah Cleveland) . This Deed of Gift was made conditioned upon Thomas supporting Melissa Ann who was blind, in a decent and suitable manner during her lifetime. I have other info on this family if you need it.
