Searching for a needle in the haystack.
My family connection is with a David Sr. DeYARMON of Philidelphia, PA m/M. Lavan (sp)
This couple had children in Philly and then migrated to Dillonvale/Mr. Pleasant area of Jefferson Co., Ohio. Their son, David Jr. was born in Philly and came to Jeff.Co. as a youngster.
There was a road leading from Dillonvale with a sign, DeYarmonville. Unfortunately, I was not addicted to genealogy and did not know I had a DeYarmon connection at the time I lived in Smithfield/Dillonvale.
There were other children born in Jeff. My David Jr. m/Sarah PAXTON/PAXSON b/1810 in VA. and were m/in Jeff. Co., in 1830.
I have seen some of the data on this family back to Ireland and France. And have the children of David Jr. and Sarah. My brick wall is Sarah. Who was she, other than the wife of David Jr.
I believe some of David Sr.'s families migrated to the SW part of PA.
Any assistance appreciated
Audrey
