Uz DeArman who emigrated to Australia

Hi, has anyone heard of Uz DeArman who emigrated to Australia around 1913. He was born ca 1865 to 1875 in KY; his wife's name was Maude Estell who was born in AR and was younger than Uz. (I do not know if that is his initials or a first name). He was a horse trainer and had winners at the Churchill Downs.

I am corresponding with his great granddaughters in Sydney Australia. Would really appreciate some imput on this.
