Sarah: Just read your post while looking for information on my Mississippi Dearman.
If your reference to Missouri Long (Huey's sister), refers to Huey P Long, governor of Louisiana, I beleive you are in error.
Neither Huey Pierce Long, Jr (the governor) nor Huey Pierce Long, Sr (his father) had a sister named Missouri as far as I can determine. I have never seen the name of Missouri listed among the children of either of those men, and their families are quite well documented in Winn Parish, LA.
