Have nowhere to start so I'm putting this out there for someone to see. My father-in-laws father was Frank Deane. I know he had some connection to Williamsport, Pa but I don't know for sure if he was born there. My father-in-law was Victor Norman Deane (1925-2003) Can anyone out there help me? I have to start from scratch because there just isn't any info in the family about him.
