I am interested in how to access the Powers-Banks Genealogy of 1921. I have been trying to establish a genealogy on a Silas Dean born in 1767 to a John Dean and Lavina Higby. I cannot get back beyond John, he was killed in the beginning of the R. War in the invasion of Canada. Suspect he was related to the first Silas you list in the note to which I am responding.
