MARRIAGE LICENSE.
STATE OF ARKANSAS }
COUNTY OF FRANKLIN } To Any Person Authorized by Law to Solemnize Marriage—Greeting:
You are hereby commanded to solemnize the Rite and publish the Bans of Matrimony between Mr. A B Dean of Alston in the County of Franklin and State or Arkansas, aged Twenty one years, and Miss Amanda Chism of Webb City in the County of Franklin, and State of Arkansas, aged Sixteen years, according to law; and do you officially sign and return this License to the parties herein named.
WITNESS my hand and official seal, this 6th day of January 1903.
