My g-grandfather Amos Marshall Dean (called 'Marsh') was born in Jackson, MS 1875 and died in Atoka, OK in 1957.
His daughter Nora Marie Dean (dob July 1900 in Allen, OK)married(1917)Hollie Gilbert Cousins, born ca 1895 in San Saba TX, died in Tulsa,OK 1945. His mother Susan Jane Watson Cousins is also buried in Tulsa. She too was from San Saba. I've noticed a couple of references here about Deans in San Saba and since my family has this connection I thought I would ask about this family again.
I believe Amos was the son of John Dean and Jerusha Hamblin of SC. but not really sure this is fact. This branch of the Cousins were from Coosa Co, AL. Does anyone have informaiton about when they went to San Saba?
