For David,
My apologies for barging in on this message like this, but I noticed that you replied to a message of mine in Sept. of 2007 at the McQuiston page which I failed to respond to.
I post so very much on these boards I can't possibly remember where I've posted what to, so found this more recent message and that is the reason for my reply to it.
I will go back to the McQuiston page and reply to your message if you'd like or I'll email you directly.
Thank you for the info you provided in 2007 and again my apologies for not getting back to you sooner.
