I don't have anything concrete about John Deall, but I do have the birth of one in Acton, London about 1835. He was the son of Henry Deall and Genefer Anstiss. Henry died and Jennifer went back to Cornwall where she was born. In 1841 John Deall is aged 6 and with Jennifer and her second husband Thomas Skinner Knight in Cornwall. I cannot find any trace of John Deall on the 1851 British census, and I wonder if it's a long shot that he might be your John Deall. Do you know where/when he was born? Of course, this John Deall could well have died, but I cannot find a death in Cornwall for him, or anywhere else. I do think perhaps 1853 might be a bit early for a marriage for him though. Would be interested to hear what you think.
