I have an ancestor,Jacob Deal b.2-2-1772 in philadelphia his parents were John and Elizabeth Gardener Deal.He lived in frankford district and worked as a stone mason and laid the foundations of many important buildings in philly esp in frankford .He married Edith Myers (Meyer)b.3-17-1778 m.2-14-1799.Edith's Father ,also named Jacob fought under Gen. G. Washington in revolution if any of this sounds familiar from family stories we're cousins! say hey.
