I am trying to help me son-in-law with his ancestry. I need more information about William R. Deal and his wife Eliza. They were in Burke County, North Carolina on the 1850 census. He was born in 1824 NC and she was born 1830 in NC. His occupation was a carpenter. On the 1880 census, Eliza was in Wake County with Stephen age 26, John E. age 21 Sarah age 18 and William age 13.Any help would be appreciated.
