Kathleen Fettin (1916-1966)

I'm seeking more information on Kathleen Fettin, a Deaf actress who appeared in Ernest Marshall's shoestring-budget ASL films in the late 1950s. She lived in the Bronx. I have her DOB (11/4/1916), but I can't locate her precise DOD; the Social Security records I've found posted online merely give "April 1966" as her DOD. I don't know if she had relatives; I've never seen an obituary. Does anyone know anything further, or have any info about or photos of her?

I have a copy of John S. Schuchman's "Hollywood Speaks," which mentions her.
