Hello, I am Marene Clark-Mattern of the Illinois School for the Deaf (ISD) Alumni Association (ISDAA) of Jacksonville, IL. I am interested to know about your finding that this area had a deaf school at Prarie City, McDonough County; haven't heard of it before!
